摘要 利用纳米材料、水泥、粉煤灰等主要原材料,中间填入废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫,研制纳米粉煤灰夹心砌块。依据粉煤灰混凝土空心砌块的设计要求,设计砌块块型。根据正交实验方法,以砌块抗压强度为主要指标,优化砌块配合比参数,研究了纳米粉煤灰夹心砌块的最佳配合比。利用多元线性回归分析理论,建立了线性回归方程,并对砌块抗压强度进行了验证。 By using fly ash ,nanometer material, portland cement and other raw material,through filling waste polystyrene in the middle, the Nano-fly sandwich block was developed. The block-type was designed in accordance with the requirements of fly ash concrete hollow block. According to the method of orthogonal experimental, block's compressive strength as the main index, the mix ratio of raw materials of the block was optimized and the best-fit ratio was found. The linear regression equation was established through using the theory of multiple linear regression analysis and the compressive strength of the block was validated.
