摘要
目的探讨E—cadherin和MMP-9在胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）中的表达与GIST预后的关系。方法收集临床病例资料并进行随访，应用免疫组化s—P法检测E—cadherin和MMP-9在GIST的表达情况，分析不同表达对GIST术后2年复发转移率和5年生存率的影响。结果全组病例E—cadherin和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为65．38％、55．13％。2年复发转移率和5年生存率分别为31．8％、72.3％。不同E—cadherin和MMP-9表达组5年生存率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），不同表达组2年复发转移率亦有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论E—cadherin及MMP-9在胃肠道问质瘤中存在表达，它们之间存在相互作用。它们与GIST的的预后密切相关，可作为预测GIST预后的参考指标。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin , matrix metalloproteinases-9 and the prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） . Methods： To collect the cases and follow up.Immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of E-cadherin and MMP-9. To investigate the impacts of E-cadherin and MMP-9 on the 2-year recurrence and metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate in patients with GISTs.Results： The positive rate of E-cadherin and MMP-9 were respectively 65.38%. 55.13%.The 2-year recurrence and metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate were 31.8%, 72.3% respectively.To different expression of E-cadherin and MMP-9, There was significiant differences in the 5-year survival rate （P〈0.05） . To different expression of E-cadherin, The differences were significiant （P〈0.05） in the 2-year recurrence and metastasis rate. Conclusion： The expression of E-cadherin and MMP-9 are closely related to the biological behavior of GIST, which may be used as an objective parameter for distinguishing malignant from benign GIST.
