RPDs与口腔微生态系关系的实验研究 被引量:2

An experimental study on the ralationship between removable partial dentures and oral microecosystem

摘要 目的:动态观察RPDs基牙牙周指数、牙菌斑细菌相对分布、患者唾液流率、酸碱平衡及唾液中变形链球菌数量的变化,以深入了解RPDs对口腔微生态系影响的机制及特点。方法:在预先规定的7个观察期上,根据文献检测基牙牙周指数PLI、GI、GBI,采用刚果红负染色涂片镜检法检测基牙龈下菌斑细菌相对分布变化;收集患者5分钟非刺激性全唾液于干燥清洁瓶内,计算单位时间内唾液分泌总量;采用塑料条法检测唾液中变形链球菌数。结果:①患者戴用RPDs后基牙牙周指数升高,菌斑细菌构成中球菌减少,螺施旋体、梭状杆菌增加;②唾液流率降低,pH值有所升高,唾液中变形链球菌数增加。结论:戴用RPDs对口腔微生态系具有一定破坏作用,其机制主要是引起牙周指数升高、致病微生物增多、唾液分泌减少、酸碱平衡失调。 Objective:The abutment periodontal index.relative bacteria distributions of plaque,saliva flowing rate,pH values and quantity of streptococys mutans (S.mutans) were observed developmently in the patients with RPDs,so that the machnisms and charicteristics of RPDs effect on oral microecosystem could be explored.Methods:At 7 different periods,the abutments periodontal index were observed according to archives,the relative bacteria distribution of subgingival plaque was examined after stained by Congo red:the CFU of S.mutans in the saliva was determined by plastic stick method,the saliva pH value was measured with precise pH paper.Results:①After wearing RPDs,the abutment periodontal index apperently rised,the ratio of cocci was descend but the ratio of fusobacteria and spirochetes was ascend;②Saliva flowig rate lower and saliva pH value became higher,the quantity of S.mutans in saliva increased after patients wore RPDs.Conclusion:RPDs can make an unhealthy influence on oral microecosystem
