摘要
目的:本文研究了六种查耳酮的制备方法,查耳酮是合成黄酮类化合物的中间体。方法:在氢氧化钠催化下,苯乙酮与苯甲醛反应。结果:制备了1-苯-3-(4-二甲氨基苯基)2-丙烯酮(5),1-苯-3-(3-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(6),1-苯-3-(2—羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(7),1-苯基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(8),1-(2,4—二甲氧基苯基)-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(9)和1-(2,4-二甲氧基苯基)-3-(3-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(10)。经MS,1HNMR和元素分析确定其为区标化合物。结论:本法制备查耳酮产率高,易纯化。
Objective:Preparation of six chalcons is studied in this paper,chalcon is an important intermediate to synthesize flavons.Methode:In catalysis of sodium hydroxide,acetophenone reacts with benzaldehyde.Results:1-phenyl-3-(4-dimethylamino-phenyl)-2-propen-1-one(5),1-phenyl-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-one(6),1-phenyl-3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(7),1-phenyl-3-(4-meth oxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(8),1(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(9) and 1-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-one(10) are prepared,their structures are determinded by MS, 1HNMR and element analysis.Conclusions:High yields is gained to prepare chalcons by this method.products is easy to purify
