静脉留置针在老年患者CT增强检查中的应用

The application of the intravenous catheter needle in the enhanced CT examination of elderly patients.

目的探讨静脉留置针在老年患者CT增强检查中的应用价值。方法选取在我院CT室进行CT增强检查的60-93岁的老年患者520例，分为实验组和对照组。实验组270例病员用静脉留置针；对照组250例用一次性蝶翼头皮针。结果实验组使用静脉留置针无一例渗漏；对照组使用一次性蝶翼头皮针有25例发生渗漏。结论静脉留置针在老年患者CT增强扫描中应用，大大降低了造影剂渗漏率，具有明显的优越性，可大力提倡使用。

Objective： To evaluate the value of the intravenous catheter needle applying in the enhanced CT examination of elderly patients. METHODS： To select 520 elderly patients who were examinated by the enhanced CT in our hospital. The age of the patients were from 60 to 93 years. They were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group had 270 cases and applied the intravenous catheter needle. And the control group 250 ones, using the disposable scalp needle with shape of butterfly wings. RESULTS： There were 25 times of leakage in the control group and none in the experimental group. CONCLUSION： In the enhanced CT examination of elderly patients, the application of the intravenous catheter needle can reduce greatly the leakage rate of contrast agent, has obvious advantages and can be strongly advocated to be used.
