糖尿病周围神经病神经电生理检查研究进展

摘要 糖尿病(DM)是一组以慢性血葡萄糖水平增高为特征的、常见的慢性代谢性疾病,是由于胰岛素分泌和(或)作用缺陷所引起。糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN))是DM最常见的微血管并发症之一,在美国40岁以上的DM患者中DPN患病率达32.7%,并随DM病程增加而显著增高。该病发病机制复杂,临床表现多种多样,常是一个隐匿、渐进的过程,症状一旦出现则治疗极为困难。神经电生理检查有助于糖尿病周围神经病的早期诊断和鉴别诊断,现将近年来相关研究进展综述如下。
