采用复合催化剂合成环氧琥珀酸 被引量:1

Synthesis of Epoxysuccinic-acid by Multi-composite Catalysts in Ethanol-water Solution

摘要 通过正交试验对影响环氧琥珀酸产率的主要因素:反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量及氢氧化钠用量进行了考察。在乙醇体积分数占80%的水溶液中,复合催化剂各组分质量比为钨酸钠∶钼酸钠∶钒酸钠=2∶1∶1的条件下,用马来酸酐制备了单体环氧琥珀酸白色晶体。得到最佳反应条件为NaOH与MA摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度65℃、反应时间2.5h、复合催化剂用量0.7%,环氧琥珀酸收率高达86.8%。经红外光谱表征,证明产物与环氧琥珀酸含有相同的基团。 The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, multi-catalyst dosage and molar ratio of sodium hydrate to maleic anhydride on yield of epoxysuccinic-acid were studied by using orthogonal experiment. The optimal reacting condition was obtained though a single factor and orthogonal experiments. When an aqueous solution contained 80%(volume fraction) alcohol and mass rate of sodium tungstate, sodium orthovanadate and sodium orthovanadate as multi-composite catalyst was 2∶1∶1, the optimal reacting condition was obtained through single factor and orthogonal experiments, it reacted for 2.5 h at 60℃ with 0.7% of multi-composite catalyst and molar ratio of sodium hydrate to maleic anhydride was 2∶1, thus the top yield was 86.8%. The product is characterized by IR, the results show that the product has the same functional group with ESA.
