M1井复杂储层压裂技术研究与应用

摘要 M1井是准噶尔盆地南缘的一口预探井,该井储层异常高压、强水敏,并且存在底水,针对该井储层特点,通过压裂液体系优化、测试压裂技术、支撑剂段塞技术、控制缝高技术、快速返排技术等多种压裂技术的研究与应用,施工取得成功,压裂后日产油30.91m3、日产气7250m3,增产7~8倍,压裂改造增产效果明显,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。 Well M1 was a wildcat well in the southern margin of Junggar Basin. There existed abnormal high pressure and high water sensitivity and reservoirs with bottom water in the well .In allusion to the reservoir characteristics, the optimization of the fracturing fluid system, testing the fracturing technique, technique of proppant slugs and fracture height controlling technique and as well as rapid flowback were successfully used in operation. After fracturing, the oil production is increased to 30.91m3/d, and 7250m3/d of the gas production, and increment is 7 to 8 times, obvious effect and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
