摘要
评价小学生英语口语的学习标准不仅包括兴趣和表演能力,而且包括综合运用语言的能力。语言能力既包括语言知识和技能,也包括语言思维力和表达力。根据英语口语的特点和功能,培养英语口语是培养一种立体的意群分配和表情达意的能力,口语教学评价应紧密围绕促进学生的口语水平而进行。
By presenting a sufficient number of case studies and contrastive analyses of language oral test samples from home and abroad,the present paper explores the implication and applicability of the foreign language evaluation theories and practices.It is mentioned that interest and performing ability are not only the primary school oral English language teaching criteria,as should be the pupils' comprehensive English language using ability,which includes not only language knowledge and skills,but also thinking and expressive power.According to the characteristics and functions of oral English,developing oral English skills means cultivating the students' multi-dimensional ability of dividing meaning groups and expressing the meanings and emotions which oral English evaluation should focus on.
