摘要
论述了一种新型聚合物熔体振动挤出成型技术TekFlow,该振动技术为一种旋转剪切与纵向振动的复合式机械振动,对该技术的理论依据、振动设备、振动设备中熔体的流变行为及振动挤出成品的性能方面展开了论述。该振动技术改善了聚合物的加工流变性能和力学性能,降低了成型温度与压力,提高了挤出产量,适用于热敏感性助剂或难分散性填料的共混挤出。
A new kind of technology of the polymer melt vibration extrusion molding named TekFlow, which is a rotational shear and longitudinal vibration, is discussed. The aspects of the theory base, the vibration equipment, and the equipment on the rheologieal and mechanical properties of the polymer of the vibration equipment are reviewed. The vibration extrusion technology can improve the rheological properties, and mechanical properties and reduce the molding temperature and pressure, increases extruded products. The technology is favorable to mix temperature sensitive additives or other fillers which are difficult to disperse.
