摘要 本文将常用于金属探伤的对射式涡流传感器应用于电解质溶液的电导率测量,对其信号处理电路进行了改进设计,提出了一种基于高速模拟乘法器的微弱涡流信号提取电路,并在分析系统等效电路和干扰途径的基础上提出了一种抑制干扰的方法。在此基础上,构建了一套电解质溶液电导率的非接触非侵入式测量系统。该系统结构简单,测量有效,其测量误差不超过1.5%(FS)。 In this paper,the opposite-type eddy current sensor frequently used in metal defect detection is introduced into the measurement of electrolyte solution conductivity.The existing signal processing circuit is improved.A weak signal pick up circuit based on a high-speed analog multiplier is developed,and an interference suppressing method is proposed.As a result,a contactless non-invasive electrolyte solution conductivity measurement system is developed. This system has simple structure and effective performance,and the measurement error is less than 1.5%(FS).
