摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱法同时测定塑料玩具中8种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的分析方法。以乙醇为溶剂。采用超声萃取法提取塑料玩具中8种邻苯二甲酸酯。该方法的回收率为93.6%-98.8%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.3%,检出限达0.16~0.76ng。该法能够满足同时检测塑料玩具中8种环境雌激素的需要。
A method was proposed to simuhancously determine the content of 8 kinds of phthalic acid esters in plastic toys by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). The 8 kinds of phthalic acid esters were extracted by ultrasonic wave, by using etha- nol as the solvent. The recoveries varied from 93.6% to 98.8% , the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.6% to 2.3%. The detction limits ranged from 0.16 to 0.76 ng. The method can meet the requirement of sumuhanneous determination of 8 kinds phthalic acid esters in plastic toys.
