高效液相色谱法测定盐酸美沙酮口服溶液含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸美沙酮口服溶液含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸盐(PH2.5)=32:68(v/v)为流动相,流速:1.5mL.min-1,检测波长:220nm。结果:盐酸美沙酮在10-100μg.ml-1线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。盐酸美沙酮口服溶液平均回收率分别为99.80%,99.75%,99.76%(RSD0.28%,0.34%,0.20%)。结论:该法操作简便、结果准确可靠、精密度好,可用于盐酸美沙酮口服液的含量测定。 Objective: To establish the HPLC Determination of methadone hydrochloride oral solution content. Method: A column ofZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6×250mm,5μm), acetonitrile - phosphate (PH2.5) = 32:68 (v / v) as mobile phase, flow rate: 1.5 ml·min^-1, The detection wave length: 220nm. Results: methadone hydrochloride was a good linear relationship in 10 - 100μ g / ml (r = 0.9998). the method recovery of methadone hydrochloride Oral solution was 99.80 %, 99.75 %, 99.76 % (RSD0.28 %, 0.34 %, 0.20 % ). Conclusion: The method is simple and precise, the result is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of methadone hydrochloride oral solution content.
