Causes of preventable adverse drug events during hospitalization and countermeasure

目的:探讨如何降低住院患者可防范药物不良事件的发生率以降低医疗费用。方法:调查住院病人发生可防范药物不良事件发生的原因。结果:给药剂量过大、无适应证给药、药物相互作用及存在禁忌证是发生可防范的药物不良事件的主要原因。结论:国家必须制定相应政策遏止药物滥用,医院必须采取有效措施制止医生盲目用药。

Objective： To investigate how to reduce the incidence of preventable adverse drug events to reduce the hospital charges. Metheds： The causes of the preventable adverse drug events were investigated for the inpatients. Results： Over-dosing, giving drug with no indication, drugdrug interaction and potential drug contradiction were the main causes for the occurrence of preventable adverse drug events. Conclusion： It was necessary for the government to raise relative policy to stop drug abuse and the hospital to take effective strategies to prevent irrational drug administration.
