世界商贸中心城市的形成，是现实经济发展的使然。北京在诸多方面具有成为世界商贸中心城市的条件。当然，北京打造世界商贸中心城市也将是一项长期任务，要实施“5521＋n”的系统工程，并针对不足，扬长避短，整体推进。
