摘要
以Cu(CH3COO)2.H2O和多壁碳纳米管(CNTs)作为前驱体,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,硼氢化钠(NaBH4)为还原剂,在聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)援助下得到CNTs珠串纳米Cu2O球。采用XRD、SEM和TEM等手段对CNTs珠串纳米Cu2O球进行了表征。此外,同时也对CNTs珠串纳米Cu2O球复合材料的光学性质进行了紫外-可见吸收光谱分析。
Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O and CNTs served as the precursor,DMF served as the solution and NaBH4 as the reducing agent,and the produced Cu2O nanoparticles were deposited on the CNTs with the help of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP).The synthesized products were systematically studied by x-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.UV-vis absorption spectra were used to estimate the band gap energies of the hybrid system.
