摘要
高校校园既是能源资源消耗大户,也是肩负节能减排科技创新和培育人才的重镇,应该在全球气候变化应对中发挥积极作用。本文以大学校园为研究对象,探讨了校园建筑节能监管体系的建设及管理问题。笔者结合校园建筑实时能耗监管系统的开发和应用,论述了建设目标、内涵和节能潜力,为实现校园设施能效的量化管理及挖掘校园节能潜力提供理论基础及技术支撑。
As a major body on energy consumption, university is responsible for energy conservation, emission reduction, technology innovation and education. Focusing on the university's campus, this paper discusses the total energy management mechanism with the campus energy management system based on web technology developed by authors.
