摘要
针对陕北某县城狭长的地理特征,分析了现有集中供热系统存在的问题,并对两种热源改造方案进行了细致的技术及经济性比较,结果表明:尽管循环流化床锅炉的设计热效率比水煤浆锅炉高出6%,但综合考虑管网系统的输送热损失情况下,后者的热能综合利用率却较前者高出6.6%,而年均费用却少296万元/年。因此,对于狭长区域集中供热系统的热源,采用分散式的水煤浆锅炉系统从节能和经济角度都是一种值得推荐的方式。
For a county in Shanbei long and narrow geographical features, the problems of existing centralized heat-supply were analyzed, and technical and economic comparison was made in detail for two heat source rehabilitation methods, the results show that: although the design's thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler was 6.0 % higher than coal-water slurry boiler, but considering the transmission heat loss of network system, the comprehensive thermal energy utilization rate of the latter was 6.6 % higher than the former, while the average annual less cost 2.96 million Yuan/year. Therefore, about the long and narrow region of centralized heat-supply system's heat source, a distributed coal-water slurry boiler was worthy of recommending from energy conservation and economic point of view.
