摘要
采用钠基蒙脱土,经十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(1631)和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)有机改性剂分别改性后,对废水溶液中的Cu(Ⅱ)进行了吸附条件研究,考察了有机改性剂用量、改性蒙脱土投加量、搅拌温度和吸附作用时间等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,经2种改性剂改性的蒙脱土对Cu(Ⅱ)均达到了理想吸附效果,较佳吸附条件是:1 631和1227用量分别为5%和7%;改性土添加量均为2.8 g/mL,搅拌温度为80℃;吸附作用时间分别为60 min和90 min。在此条件下,对实际电镀废水中Cu(Ⅱ)去除率分别为89.5%和75.8%,均优于未改性蒙脱土。
The sodium type montmorillonite was modified with hexadecyl trimethy ammonium bromide (1631) and dodecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(1227), and used for the adsorption for Cu ( Ⅱ ) from wastewater. The amounts of the organic modifiers and the modified montmorillonites, the time of adsorption and the stirring temperature on the adsorption efficiency were tested. The results demonstrated that the two kinds of modified montmorillonite for Cu ( Ⅱ ) adsorption can all achieve better adsorption effect. The following optimal adsorption conditions were obtained: the amounts of 1631 and 1227 were 5% and 7%, respectively, the amounts of the modified montmorillonites was 2.8 g/mL, the stirring temperature was 80 ℃, and the time of adsorption were 60 min and 90 min, respectively. Under these conditions, the efficiencies of Cu ( Ⅱ ) purified from actual electroplating wastewater were 89.5% and 75.8%, respectively, and the efficiency of Cu( Ⅱ ) removal with organic modified montmorillonites was better than with unmodified montmorillonite.
