离子液体催化下壬烯与二苯胺的烷基化反应 被引量:6

ALKYLATION OF DIPHENYLAMINE WITH NONENE CATALYZED BY INONIC LIQUID

摘要 实验以盐酸三乙胺和AlCl_3形成的离子液体作为壬烯与二苯胺发生烷基化反应的催化剂,研究了离子液体的组成、用量、投料比、反应温度、时间对二苯胺的转化率和二壬基二苯胺选择性的影响。结果表明:催化剂中盐酸三乙胺和AlCl_3摩尔比为2:1时催化效果较好;较佳的烷基化条件是n(壬烯):n(二苯胺)=4:1,反应温度140℃,时间6 h,二苯胺的转化率可达97.8%,二壬基二苯胺的选择性达到78.3%。 The alkylation of diphenylamine was studied with nonene as alkylating agent catalyzed by the catalyst of ionic liquid composed of (CH2CH2)3 NHCl and AlCl3. The effects of ionic liquid's acid- ity and dosage, ratio of diphenylamine and nonene, reactive temperature, reactive times on the diphenylamine conversion and the selectivity of dinonyldiphenylamine were investigated. The results showed that the conversion of diphenylamine could reach 97.8%, the selectivity of dinonyldiphenyl- amine could reach 78.3% when the molar ratio of nonene to diphenylamine was 4 : 1, the molar ratio of (CH3CH2)3NHCl to AlCl3 was 2 : 1, the reactiion temperature was 140 ℃, and the reaction time was 6 h.
