摘要
通过对用烟叶和人工饲料饲养的棉铃虫进行比较,探究人工饲料对棉铃虫生长发育和繁殖力的影响,结果表明,与烟叶饲养的棉铃虫相比,人工饲料饲养1代后,幼虫发育历期由15.24 d缩短为12.45 d,历期的天数也较为集中;蛹重有了显著的增加,由216.69 mg增加到307.33 mg;化蛹率和羽化率都有明显的增加,分别由36.39%,69.47%增加到66%,84.84%;每头雌虫产卵量也有显著的增加,由607.5粒增加到1 174.4粒.但是用人工饲料连续饲养10代后的棉铃虫,蛹重、化蛹率、羽化率和产卵量都有所下降,其中以产卵量下降最为严重,下降到了122.8粒,而幼虫的历期基本上没有变化.说明人工饲料能够满足棉铃虫生长发育的需要,但是如果长期使用人工饲料饲养会出现种群退化的现象.
The effects of artificial diet on H.armigera growth development and fecundity were analyzed by comparing the variety between tobacco reared and artificial reared H.armigera.The results shows that compared to tobacco reared H.armigera,the larva period decreased from 15.24 days to 12.45 days after feeding on artificial diet for one generation.The larva period was also more consistent.Pupal weight significantly increased from 216.69 mg to 307.33 mg.Pupation rate significantly increased from 36.39% to 66% while emergence rate from 69.47% to 84.84%.Fecundity also obviously increased from 607.5 eggs to 1 174.4 eggs laid by per female.However,the pupal weight,pupation rate,emergence rate and fecundity of H.armigera decreased after H.armigera feeding on artificial diet for ten generations.Especially,the fecundity significantly declined to 122.8 eggs laid by per female while larva period had no siginificant changes.The results indicate that artificial diet can meet the needs for growth development of H.armigera,but the insect population may degrade if reared with artificial diet for long terms.
