精密溶解量热装置的建立与标定

The Construction and Calibration of a Precision Solution Calorimeter

摘要 本文报道了自行建立的用热敏电阻作为测温元件的精密溶解量热装置,并用量热标准物质光谱纯氯化钾和美国国家标准局提供的三羟甲基氨基甲烷(TRIS)对仪器进行了标定,在25℃所得实验结果:KCI溶解焓为17518±15 J·mol^(-1);TRIS与0.1 mol/L HCI的反应焓为-29729±31J·mol^(-1),与文献值吻合,检验了该装置的可靠性. A precision solution calorimeter was constructed in the laboratory. A thermsistor thermometer was used for temperature measurement. The calorimeter was calibrated with calorimetric standardreference materials——spectroscopically pure potassium chloride and tris (hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from N. B. S. -724 a in USA. The results obtained at 25℃ was found to be 17518± 15 J.mol-1 for the enthalpy of solution of potassium chloride in water and -29729 ±31 J . mol-1 for the enthalpy of reaction of TRIS in 0. 1008 mol/L HCl. The values are well in agreement with the published results. The reliability of this apparatus was confirmed
