试论资本密集型企业的特性及其对传统企业理论的挑战被引量：2

摘要自世界经济步入知识经济时代以来,人力资本对于经济增长的重要性日益凸显。以人力资本为关键资源的人力资本密集型企业(Human capital intensive firm,以下简称HCIF)已悄然改变了企业形态的格局,并成为一种非常重要的新兴企业形态。本文首先分析了HCIF的特性,然后比较了HCIF与物质资本密集型企业(physical capital intensive firm,以下简称PCIF)之间的特性差异。正是这些特性差异为企业理论提出了许多亟待解决的新问题,以至于要对许多在传统理论中已达成共识的问题进行再思考。基于HCIF的异质性,本文重新考量了企业的权力、竞争力、价值、企业家职能等四个问题,最后进行了简要总结。
