摘要
通过液力偶合器叶轮低压铸造工艺研究,解决叶轮充型模拟的模型及其工艺条件,优化分析和设计相应的叶轮低压铸造模具,从而实现了合理的叶轮低压铸造工艺。实践表明,优化后低压铸造工艺、改进叶轮模具设计将为大功率叶轮设计提供了一种新的途径,提高液力偶合器的性能。
Through the fluid coupling impeller low - pressure casting process studies to address the impeller filling simulation model and its process conditions to optimize the analysis and design of the impeller the corresponding low - pressure casting mold, in order to achieve a rea- sonable low - pressure casting process impeller.
