泰山沙棘果对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

Protective effects and mechanism of action of Taishan Hippophae rhamnoides fruits on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl_4 in rats

摘要 目的:研究泰山沙棘果对四氯化碳所致小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用,比较沙棘果醇提物与水提取物对肝损伤的影响。方法:采用四氯化碳建立小鼠肝损伤模型,将沙棘果醇提取物和水提取物按2000,1000,500mg·kg-1剂量连续灌胃,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)、肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05)。结果:沙棘果提取物对CCl4所致小鼠血清ALT、AST、MDA的升高明显降低(P<0.05),水提物效果略优于醇提物;各剂量组对SOD升高较模型组有显著性差异,醇提取物作用略优于水提取物。各组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙棘果醇提物和水提物对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用较为显著,具有广阔研究开发前景。 OBJECTIVE To explore the protective effects and mechanism of action of Taishan Hippophae rhamnoides fruits on acute hepatic injury by CCl4 in rats. METHODS Established the rats models of hepatic injury induced by CCl4 , The experimental animals were given intragastrically with ethanol and water extract of Hippophae rhamnoides fruits at the dose of 2000,1000 and 500 mg.kg^-1 , ALT,AST,SOD and MDA were determined. RESULIS The ethanol and water extract of Hippophae rhamnoides fruits could decrease the level of ALT, AST, MDA significantly (P〈0. 05) . The action of water extract was better than that of ethanol extract. Each dose of extract could increased the level of SOD than that of the model group sig- nificantly(P〈0. 05). The action of ethanol extract was better than water extract. CONCLUSION The extracts of Hippophae rhamnoides fruits have significant protective effects on hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in rats, it had the capacious empolder foreground.
