摘要
目的:考察桔梗提取液对小鼠血液中异烟肼浓度的影响。方法:以异烟肼单独给药作为对照组,以异烟肼与桔梗提取液同时给药作为实验组,采用HPLC法分别测定对照组与实验组不同时间点小鼠的血药浓度。结果:实验组与对照组均在灌胃1.5h达到最大血药浓度,实验组血药浓度比对照组高出(44.5±0.85)%(n=5,P<0.05)。结论:桔梗与异烟肼合用后可显著提高异烟肼在小鼠体内的血药浓度。
OBJECTIVE To study the interaction between traditional chinese herb Platyeodon grandiflorum and isoniazid in mice. METHODS The single use of isoniazid group was taken as the control group; isoniazid combined with Platycodon gran diflorum group was used as experimental group. After administration of INH alone and in combination with Platycodon grandi florum,the blood concentration of INH was determined with HPLC. RESULTS 1.5 h after i. g. administration of drugs, the drug concentration of the control a,d experimental groups reached the peak values, and the INH concentration of experimental group was higher (44. 5 ±0. 85)% than that of the control group(n= 5,P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The plasma concentration of isoniazid significantly increased when isoniazid used together with Platycodon grandiflorum.
