煤矿高压供电系统谐波治理技术研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 通过对煤矿电网的谐波普查,发现徐矿集团张小楼煤矿6kV供电系统通风机串级调速装置有间谐波存在;主副井提升机谐波含量与6kV母线电压谐波总畸变率严重超标。经过有针对性的试验分析,确定了适合该矿井实际的治理方案,并设计出了一套用于高压系统的大容量统一电能质量调节器UPQC,该UPQC装置谐波电流检测方法采用离散傅里叶变换,电流跟踪采用三角载波比较方式。对直流侧电容电压控制采用滑模变结构控制方法,该方法跟踪性能好、鲁棒性强,克服了传统PI调解超调量和静态响应误差大,响应速度慢,参数难调节等缺点。 From the general investigation to harmonic wave in coal mine power lines,it was discovered that discontinuous harmonic wave existed in the fanner cascade control equipments of power-supply system in Zhangxiaolou well of Xuzhou Mining Group;the total aberration rate of the harmonic wave content of main and assistant well elevator and 6 kV generatrix harmonic wave exceeded the standard badly.After the targeted analysis,the actual solution of the mine well was determined,and a set of large capacity unified power quality conditioner on high-pressure system was designed.This UPQC equipment used discrete Fourier transform method to detect harmonic wave current,and the current-tracking used triangular-carrier comparison.The DC side capacitor voltage was controlled by sliding mode variable structure control method which has good tracking performance,and strong robust,and overcome the disadvantages of traditional PI regulation overshoot and big errors of static response,slow response speed,parameters hard to adjust,and etc.
