碱性铝电池阳极缓蚀剂的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 碱性铝电池是一种新型高能化学电源,近年来因其优异的电化学性能和环境协调性能而备受国内外学者关注。但在电池工作过程中,铝合金阳极会与碱性电解液发生剧烈反应而产生大量氢气,严重影响电池性能。研究发现,通过添加缓蚀剂可有效解决上述问题。介绍了碱性铝电池阳极缓蚀剂的研究进展;着重阐述了缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理;并指出了目前该领域缓蚀剂研究存在的问题及今后的发展方向。 Alkaline aluminum cell is a new kind of high-energy chemical power sources.In recent years,the research on this kind of cells has drawn a great of attention due to their excellent electrochemical properties and environmental co-ordination.However,during working process,the aluminum anode of the cell reacts actively with the alkaline electrolyte and produces lots of hydrogen,which restricts the full use of alkaline aluminum cells.It was reported that these situation could be effectively improved by adding specific inhibitors in the electrolyte.The research progress of anode inhibitor in alkaline aluminum cells was reviewed in this paper,the inhibition mechanisms of inhibitor was introduced emphatically,and the existing problems and development prospects were also proposed.
