摘要
高性价比优势使多晶硅成为光伏市场的主要材料。随着太阳电池向低成本化方向的发展,研究太阳电池多晶硅酸腐蚀绒面技术有着重要的意义。综述了近年来多晶硅太阳电池酸腐蚀绒面技术的研究进展,着重阐述多晶硅酸腐蚀绒面形成机制、最新的改进工艺及其数值模拟技术,并展望了多晶硅太阳电池酸腐蚀绒面技术的发展前景。
Due to its high ratio of performance to price,multicrystalline silicon becomes the main photovoltaic materials.With the decrease of solar cell cost,it is significant to research acidic texturing technology of multicrystalline silicon solar cells.The recent research progress of acidic texturing technology of multicrystalline silicon solar cells was introduced,the formation mechanism,the latest improved process and numerical simulation were emphatically described,and the possible future development for acidic texturing technology of multicrystalline silicon solar cells was reviewed in detail.
