摘要
垃圾渗滤液中所含的有机污染物成分复杂、浓度高。在采用GC-MS法对其初步定性时预处理方式对检测结果影响较大,考察了液液萃取、固相萃取、大孔树脂吸附三种常见预处理方式对检测结果的影响,固相萃取适于测定垃圾渗滤液中醇酚类为主的物质;而大孔树脂对芳烃类与酯类的富集效果最佳;液液萃取对烯烃类及羧酸类物质萃取效率较高。采用固相萃取测得渗滤液中含有62种物质,其中EPA优先控制污染物有3种。
The landfill leachate contains organic pollutants with compncated components anu high concentration. The determination results are significantly influenced when a qualitative test of landfill leachate is performcd by GC-MS. The influence of three common pretreatment methods including liquidliquid extraction, solid phase extraction, macroporous resin adsorption on the test results was investigated. The solid phase extraction is suitable for testing alcohols and phenols in landfill leachate. The macroporous resin has the best enrichment efficiency of aromatic hydrocarbons and esters. The liquid-liquid extraction is more efficient in extraction of alkenes and carboxylic acids. Sixty-two organic pollutants in landfill leachate were determined by solid phase extraction, including three priority control pollutants.
