氧气雾化吸入中不同氧流量对老年COPD患者舒适度及1h咯痰量的影响

Effect of the different oxygen flow rate with the Fog inhalation therapy on the comfort degree and stethocatharsis volume within an hour for elderly COPD patients

目的评估氧气雾化吸入疗法中不同的吸氧流量对老年COPD患者舒适度及1h内咯痰总量的影响。方法选择氧流量为4L/min,5L/min,6L/min,7L/min,8L/min,观察雾化后患者舒适度及1h内咯痰量的情况。结果患者在氧流量为6L/min时舒适度得分最高,同时1h内咯痰量最多。经统计学分析,患者舒适度和1h咯痰量均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床使用氧气雾化疗法时,为达到最佳的雾化效果,建议采用氧流量为6L/min。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the different oxygen flow rate with the Fog inhalation therapy on the comfort degree and stethocatharsis volume within an hour for elderly COPD patients. Method 32 COPD patients in our wards were enrolled from Dec 2008 to Jun 2009, and the different oxygen flow rates of 4 L/min, 5 L/rain, 6 L/min, 7 L/min,8 L/min were selected. The comfort degree and stethocatharsis volume within an hour for patients with different oxygen flow rates were observed. Result The patients＇ comfort degree and stethoeatharsis volume within an hour were optimal in the oxygen flow rate of 6 L/min, and there were significantly difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is suggested to adopt the oxygen flow rate of 6 L/min when the Fog inhalation therapy is used in the clinical practice.
