摘要
介绍了一种砂型铸造用新型陶瓷化涂料,并研究了稀土氧化物对纳米氧化铝复合陶瓷化涂料层显微组织及性能的影响。试验指出,稀土氧化物可降低陶瓷化涂层的烧结温度,提高其致密性和表面硬度,从而大大增加了铸造用陶瓷化涂层的高温屏蔽性能和抗高温金属液的冲刷能力,对于阻隔硫、碳和氮等气体侵入金属基体和减少冲砂以及夹砂等表面缺陷,起了积极的作用。
A new ceramic coating for sand casting is presented, and the effects of rare earth oxides on the microstructure and properties of the nanometer Al2O3 ceramic coating have been investigated. The results show that adding suitable amount of rare earth oxides can lower the sintering temperature of Al2O3 ceramic coating and increase its density and surface hardness, thereby greatly increasing the high-temperature shielding property and erosion-resistant ability of ceramic coating to liquid metal, which played a positive role in obstructing the intrusion of sulfur, carbon and nitrogen gases to the matrix and reducing sand inclusion and other surface defects.
