摘要
针对F51AE型钩舌实物力学性能中塑性指标和冲击性AK(V-40℃)不能满足新技术条件要求的现实,拟定了多种旨在提高铸件可靠性、进行韧化处理的工艺方案。通过对不同试验结果的对比分析,从中甄选出了适合于生产的工艺方案。
For the plasticity and impact property of type F51AE knuckle can not satisfy the new technology requirements, many process schemes were developed, which aimed at improving the reliability of castings and toughening treatment. The suitable scheme for the production was confirmed through comparative analysis of different experiments results.
