基于DEA的财政支出效率分析——以宁夏为案例的研究

Study on the efficiency of financial expenditures on the basis of DEA——Take Ningxia as an example

财政支出效率对宁夏经济、社会的发展有十分重要的影响。本文结合财政管理的职能,界定了财政支出效率的内涵,并设计了衡量财政支出效率的指标体系,运用数据包络分析(DEA)工具,分析了宁夏及18个市县与我国31个省市区的财政支出效率。最后,给出了提高宁夏财政支出效率的若干政策建议。

The efficiency of financial expenditures has great influence on the social development and financial development in Ningxia. On the basis of the function of the financial administration and the theory of DEA, the essay gives the definition to the effieieney of financial expenditure, designs the index system of financial expenditure, analyzes the efficiency of financial expenditures of the 18 eities in Ningxia and that of the other 31 cities in China, and offers some suggestions to the development of the effieiency of financial expenditures in Ningxia.
