摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2薄膜,考察了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)添加量、溶胶pH、水解温度等因素对TiO2薄膜性能的影响,同时考察了光源强度、光照时间对TiO2薄膜降解甲基橙性能的影响。优化的TiO2薄膜制备条件为:PAM投加质量浓度为4g/L,pH=7.0,水解温度为80℃。采用450W的高压汞灯降解甲基橙效果较好,而随着光照时间的延长,甲基橙降解率也随之增加。将所制备的TiO2薄膜用于降解印染废水也取得了良好的效果,反应7h后COD去除率达到34.8%。通过考察TiO2薄膜重复使用的效果发现,制成的薄膜有较好的稳定性。
Nano-TiO2 films have been prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of the dosage of PAM, pH of solution and hydrolytic temperature on the performance of TiO2 films have been investigated. And the effects of light-intensity and illumination time on the performance of TiO2 films for the degradation of methyl orange have also been investi- gated. The optimum preparation conditions of TiO2 films are as follows : the dosage of PAM is 4 g/L, pH of the solution is 7.0 and hydrolytic temperature is 80℃. The degradation rate of methyl orange will be better when 450 W high-pressure mercury lamps are used. When the illumination time is prolonged, the degradation efficiency of methyl orange increases. The prepared TiO2 films show good efficiency of degrading printing and dyeing wastewater. After reacted for 7 h, the removal rate of COD reaches 34.8%. It is noticed that the prepared TiO2 films have pretty good stability according to the investigation on the reuse of TiO2 film.
