摘要 研究了氢氧化钠和草酸对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液黏度和稳定性的影响规律,结果表明:在pH<9时,HPAM溶液黏度不随pH的增加而增加;而在pH为9~11时,逐渐增加;在pH为11~12时稍微下降;当pH>12时,则急剧下降;在pH=12时,HPAM溶液稳定性最高。草酸不能大幅度提高HPAM溶液黏度和稳定性。 The effect law of sodium hydroxide and oxalic acid on the viscosity and stability of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) solution prepared with oilfield produced water (OPW) with sodium hydroxide and oxalic acid has been investigated. The experimental results show that the viscosity of HPAM solution does not increase with the increase of pH, when the pH is below 9. When the pH is in the range of 9 to 11, the viscosity increases gradual- ly, and when the pH is in the range of 11 to 12, the viscosity decreases slightly. But when the pH is higher than 12, the viscosity decreases rapidly. The stability of HPAM solution at pH of 12 is the highest. Both the viscosity and the stability of HPAM solution cannot be apparently improved by oxalic acid.
