伴与不伴幻听首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的比较 被引量:11

摘要 精神分裂症患者大都存在不同程度的认知功能损害.有研究表明至少85%的精神分裂症患者存在持久而严重的认知损害,特别是在注意、言语记忆和执行功能方面。国内多将精神症状分为阳性和阴性症状来研究症状与认知功能的关系,但较少研究幻听与认知功能的相互关系。本研究旨在通过神经心理学测验来评定精神分裂症幻听组、非幻听组之间认知功能的差异,以探讨幻听发生的脑神经基础。
