资源县368例手足口病病例分析

Analysis of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Ziyuan County

目的分析手足口病的临床特点,为手足口病的临床诊断、治疗及预防提供依据。方法对2008年5月1日至2009年3月31日期间收住院的368例手足口病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果368例手足口病患儿中,男女比例为1.3∶1,3岁以下发病人数最多(76.09%)。患者均有皮疹,并发肺炎患儿多(43.5%)。经抗炎、抗病毒及对症治疗后,359例患者治愈出院(97.5%),无后遗症,重症9例,死亡1例。结论患者主要是3岁以下的儿童,成年患者较少,轻型为主,常见并发症为支气管肺炎;及时抗炎抗病毒及对症治疗后,大部分预后良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Ziyuan and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of HFMD. Method Retrospective data analysis was performed in 368 HFMD patients hospitalized in Ziyuan People＇s Hospital from May 1 2008 to March 31 2009. Result The ratio of male to female patients was 1.3：l.Most of the children （76.09%） with HFMD were under 3 years old. Clinical symptoms included skin rash（ 100% ） and pneumonia（43.5% ）. After anti-inflammation and anti-virus treatment, 97.5% of patients were cured without any sequela. Nine of them had serious illness and 1 child died. Conclusion Most of the patients are children under 3 years old and the clinical symptoms are mild. Bronchial pneumonia is the common complication. The prognosis of HFMD is good if the patients are treated timely.
