上颌第一磨牙根管变异1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，62岁。因左上后牙充填物大部脱落3d，要求补牙而就诊。临床检查：26牙冠大部缺损，冷、热刺激痛（-），叩诊（±），松动度（-）。X线牙片检查：26髓腔内有白色高密度充填物。有3牙根。腭根根尖区可见小范围的低密度影像。诊断：26充填物脱落伴慢性根尖周炎，拟行26“根管治疗术和桩核冠修复”。治疗：26去除冠部腐质以及髓腔内填充物，仔细清洗髓底，找寻根管口，并探查根管，
