摘要
论述一种适用于变体机翼的具有主动变形能力的波纹式柔性蒙皮基体制备方法,并制作了拉伸测试件,进行拉伸实验。实验结果显示,当伸长量小于4%时,蒙皮基体线性伸长,在此范围内,可利用蒙皮自身的弹性使其恢复到原始形状。测试基于形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动器的波纹式蒙皮的主动变形效果,给SMA驱动器通以电流,利用SMA的形状记忆效应驱动蒙皮基体变形,试验测试不同电流下基体伸长2%所需的时间,及利用自身弹力回复时的残余变形量,蒙皮基体自身产生的变形将大大降低变体机翼蒙皮变形时对驱动力的要求。
A preparation method of basal body for corrugated skin with active deformability,which was applicable to morphing wings,was introduced in this paper.The basal body specimens were made and the tensile test was performed.Test results show that the basal body elongates linearly as the increase of tensile force when the elongation indicator is less than 4%.Within this range,the basal body could recover to its original shape with the help of its own elastic force.The active deformability of the basal body for corrugated skin was tested basing on shape memory alloy(SMA) actuator.When current is applied to SMA,the basal body will be forced to de-form due to the shape memory effect of SMA.The time consuming was measured when the elongation of basal body is 2% under dif-ferent currents.And the residual deformation of the basal body,with the help of its own elastic force,was also measured.With the SMA actuator,the driving force for the deformation of morphing wing can be reduced significantly.
