摘要 表面涂层技术和基体改性是对碳/碳复合材料进行氧化防护的主要措施。对近年来碳/碳复合材料基体抗氧化改性传统技术方法进行全面总结,主要有碳纤维改性、液相浸渍法、添加剂法、催化杂质的直接脱除或失活、基体置换法。介绍碳/碳复合材料基体抗氧化改性新工艺,提出并设计3种碳/碳复合材料基体抗氧化改性最新工艺。并对碳/碳复合材料基体改性研究的发展趋势进行了展望。 Many investigations have shown that surface coating technology and matrix modification for carbon/carbon(C/C) composites are the principal methods used for anti-oxidation protection.In this paper,current research on the traditional methods of matrix anti-oxidation modification for C/C composites is summaried,including carbon fiber modification,liquid-phase impregnation,additives,the removal or inactivation of the catalytic impurities and matrix displacement method.New technologies for matrix modification are introduced and three novel strategies are designed for the improvement of the oxidation resistance of C/C composites.And the direction of matrix modification for C/C composites is proposed.
