水稻低温敏核不育系冷水灌溉繁殖技术初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 7份低温敏核不育系用冷水(20~22℃)淹没生长点串灌30d,套袋自交结实率达到49.49%~63.85%;拔苞与未拔苞处理的比较,拔苞后淹水时间缩短,大部分株系结实率有明显提高。低温敏核不育系冷水串灌繁殖技术的成功,为我省选育和利用由两系低温敏核不育系配制的杂交水稻创造了条件。 The multiplication technique of thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) lines with low critical sterility-inducing temperature (CSIT) in rice was studied by way of submerging stem growing point into low temperature irrigating water (20~22℃) for 30 days from the beginning of young panicle differentiation. The results showed that after the cold water irrigation the spikelet fertility of the TGMS lines was restored to 49.49%~63.85%, while that of the controls without cold water irrigation was 0. Compared the treatment of main-panicle-removing with that of non main-panicle-removing, most of the lines in the main-panicle-removing treatment were improved in spikelet fertility because of the shortened submerging duration after panicle-removing. The success of the multiplication technique for low-CSIT TGMS lines laid a foundation for developing two-line hybrid rice using TGMS lines with low CSIT in Zhejiang Province.
