Theoretical Foundation and Economic Effect of FDI in Modern Service Industry:A Countermeasure Analysis of FDI in Regional Modern Service Industry

服务业外国直接投资在全球直接投资总量中的比重不断增加,对服务业国际转移及服务业全球化起着重要的推动作用。文章总结了国内外服务业FDI相关研究的趋势,系统梳理现代服务业FDI的理论基础和经济效应,并针对上海现代服务业发展情况进行实证分析,提出我国区域现代服务业FDI的政策建议。

The proportion of FDI in service industry increases unceasingly in the total quantity of global direct investment, which has an important promotion effect on the international transfer of service industry and the globalization of service industry. This paper summarizes the tendencies of domestic and foreign researches on service industry FDI, and systematically evaluates the theoretical foundation and economic effect of FDI in modem service industry. It makes an empirical analysis of the modern service industry in Shanghai, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of FDI in China＇ s regional modem service industry.
