正常射血分数心力衰竭的无创诊断方法 被引量：1

摘要 近年来，随着对心力衰竭（HF）的深入研究发现，多数HF患者仍能保持相对正常的左室射血分数，既往称此类HF为收缩功能尚存或舒张性心衰（diastolic heart failure，DHF）。临床研究证实大约50％-55％的HF患者的左室收缩功能是正常的，其每年的死亡率约为20％。心室肥厚、高血压等均可引起左心室的主动松弛和被动充盈受损，
