心肌灌注呈色分级 被引量：4

摘要 介入治疗（Percutaneous Coronary Intervention，PCI）能迅速开通闭塞血管，恢复心肌灌注，改善急性心肌梗死（Acute Myocardial Infarction，AMI）患者的近期和远期预后。但临床研究发现，在冠状动脉再灌注成功后，仍有一定的住院死亡率，而且有些病人的心功能没有得到相应的改善，主要原因是心脏组织水平再灌注未得到充分的评价和干预。近年来，出现了很多种评价心肌灌注的方法，
