莫西沙星与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联用对常见耐药菌抗菌效应研究

摘要 目的:探讨莫西沙星与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联用对临床常见耐药菌的抗菌效果。方法:采用Vitek-32型全自动细菌鉴定仪,测定2种抗生素单用和联用分别对60株金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌及30株肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌及幽门螺杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算联合药敏指数FIC值。结果:两药联用对临床分离的270株常见耐药致病菌的MIC均明显降低、抗菌作用增强,体外抗菌作用以协同作用和相加作用为主。结论:本研究对指导医院常见耐药菌感染的治疗具有重要意义。 Objective: To discuss the antibialtic effects of MFX combined CPZ/SBT against clinical common resistance bacteria. Methods: The MIC of two andibiatics alone or combination against 60 strains staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aemginosas, and 30 strains Klebsiella Pnettrnoniae,enterobacter cloacae and Helicobacter Pylori were detected respectively by Vitek-32 Model (Full Automated bacterium Detection Device) and the FIC index was calculated according to MIC Values. Results:The MIC of two antibiatics combination against 270 common resistance pathogenie (bacteria) swains was reduced significantly. Their antibaclerial action in vitro was characterized by synergism and additive action. Conelusion:That study is inportant to direct the treatment of Hospital infection for common resistance bacteria.
