摘要
目的:确定最佳滴丸成型工艺。方法:以丸形、丸重差异、溶散时限为指标,通过药物与基质比例、滴制温度、冷却剂的选择和温度控制选出最佳滴制条件。结果:以聚乙二醇6000为基质,药物与基质比例为3:7,甲基硅油为冷却剂,控制料温在90℃时滴丸成型好。结论:该滴丸成型工艺合理可行。
Objective: To determino the best formulation technology for dropping pills. Metbods: Taking the shape of pill, difference of pill mass, dissolution time as indicators, and through selection of medicine and stromal proportion dropping temperature and cooler and temperature control, select the best dropping conditions. Result:With polyethylene glycol 6000 as mairix, proportion of drug and matrix 3 : 7; and methyl silicone oil as the Cooler, the shaping of dropping pill is best wheo the temperature for material control is at 90℃. Conclusions:The formulation technology for dropping pills is reasonable and practical.
