A Discussion on Factors Affecting the Quality of WBN Viscous Prilled ANFO

WBN增粘粒状铵油炸药是90年代初开发成功的铵油炸药新品种。它保留了普通铵油炸药的优点，克服了临界直径大、体积威力小、不防潮的缺点，正逐步在非煤矿山中推广应用。本文在实验研究的基础上，结合矿山企业生产使用的经验，概述了WBN增粘粒状铵油炸药质量的主要影响因素。这对指导炸药生产企业控制产品质量，及用户合理地使用炸药，具有一定的现实意义。

As a new type of ANFO explosive developed in the early 90' s,the WBN viscous prilled ANFO not.only maintains all the advantages of the conventional ANFO explosive but also eliminates such shortcomings as too big critical diameter,too small bulk strength and lack of moisture-resistance. Thereforc,it is gaining wider application in non-coal mines.On the basis of experimental research and in combination with experinces in production and appIication, the author gives a brief description of the major factors affecting the quality of WBN viscous prilled ANFO explosive, which will offer some practical guidelines for producers to control quality and for users to properly use the explosive.
