国际金融危机背景下外向型产业集群的转型升级--一个内源型集群的案例

Subject to Financial Crisis: The Upgrading of Local Industrial Clusters in Guangdong Province

在金融危机之前,珠三角地区外向型产业集群转型升级已经引起了各方的关注。本文根据珠三角地区的实际情况,着重于对内源型产业集群转型升级路径的分析,以及金融危机对内源型集群既有的转型升级路径可能产生的影响。研究结果表明,金融危机带来的需求下降会对内源型产业集群产生较大的影响,一方面可能通过需求效应使得集群结构趋向集中,为形成"准层级治理"结构提供条件,有利于集群内大企业带动中小企业实现功能升级;另一方面则可能加剧金融抑制,对企业实现功能升级造成障碍。

The upgrading of industrial clusters in Guangdong has caused a wide range of discussion among researchers befnre the advent of financial crises. Based on the status quo in Guangdong province, this paper focuses on lhe upgrading of local industrial clusters, and the influence lhe financial crisis would give to the formal upgrading path. Resulls prove thai financial crisis caused a sharp decrease of demand on one hand, which forms a positive influence on the upgrading path： a quasi-hierarchy structure may he fi^rmed. While on the other hand, it may cause financial repression, which may undermine the functional upgrading for the enterprises.
