摘要
目的:确定脐血中高水平的造血因子的来源。方法:应用抗粒单核细胞集落刺激因子(GMCSF)和抗粒细胞集落刺激因子(GCSF)的单克隆抗体对19例健康产妇足月分娩的胎盘组织的冰冻切片进行免疫组织化学染色。以耳鼻咽喉科摘取的鼻息肉组织做对照。结果:胎盘郎汉斯细胞及合体细胞呈现阳性反应,而阴性对照无反应。
Objective:To investigate the cell source secreting the granulocyte monocyte and granulocyte colony stimulating factors (GM CSF, G CSF)in human placenta. Methods:The frozen sections of placental tissue from 19 health pregnant women were analyzed by using anti GM CSF and anti G CSF monoclonal antibodies and immunohistochemical technique. Nasal polyps were negative control. Results:The placental trophoblastic cells had strong positive reactions while the control groups showed negative reactions. Conclusion:Trophoblastic cells in the placental tissue may be the main production source of GM CSF and G CSF in human cord blood.
